Leadership

Being a leader is more than telling instruction and standing in front of everyone. A leader is the person that will take the lead, make decisions, think ahead, make the first move, has a plan b, and is able to follow instructions. Students must be able to understand that they must take responsibility. Students lack of confident. But, the lack of confidence is not their fault. Teacher must reinforce students with positive speeches and feedback. Students are capable of taking the lead whatever they can propose themselves. Teachers that believe in students, as the future generation, will promote the students to assume full responsibility and leadership. I will educate leaders that will bring a change to the community.
