Social Transformation

In order to achieve social transformation, we must first train leaders. Train leaders that are able to understand and accept diversity. Also, I believe that leaders must be creative enough to make a change. My preoccupation is not having future leaders that will replace the actual leaders. And not having leaders that will be different from the present leaders. This is why we must empower students to engage in social transformation. Train leaders that will think ahead of us, and keep on spreading their transforming words. A change can begin with a single word. Change can take time, and can also be instantly. This is why I taught my students to be change. Be the change, like Mahatma Gandhi said in the following quote “Be the change you want to see in the world”.
